Biography

Counsel Richard Masereje (Board Secretary) is an Advocate and Investment Consultant who holds, a Msc from the University of Reading (UK), a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Social Sciences from Makerere University. Richard also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the Uganda Management Institute and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Center and is a Commercial Court Accredited Mediator and a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Richard is a multi-skilled professional with good hands on experience in, Legal, management and Investment Consultancy across various sectors stretching over a period of over 20 years.

He is a Rotarian and a Past President of the Rotary Club of Kampala Day Break.
