Bid notice under open domestic bidding: invitation of bids for catering services-JCRC/SVRS/19-20/12343.

The Joint Clinical Research Centre (JCRC) has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of catering services.

The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above services.

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents from 8.30 am to 4.30pm at the address given below at 7(a).

The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ugx 100,000/= the method of payment will be at JCRC Cashiers office by Cash.

Bids must be delivered to the address below in No 7(a) at or before 4th December, 2019 at 11.30am. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who may choose to attend at the address below at 7(b) on 4th December, 2019 at 12.00pm.

(a) Documents may be inspected, issued and delivered at: JCRC-Lubowa Administration Block, Procurement and Disposal unit.
